Information we collect
When you send a repair enquiry, we process the name, phone number or email address, device details and fault description you provide.
Why we process it
We use this information to assess the request, decide whether AMEServ can accept the repair and contact you about the next step.
Client accounts and administration
The client portal also handles account names and email addresses, protected password hashes, assigned services, payment items and manually recorded collections. Access links are stored as hashes; the local development mail log contains the link and must remain private. Security records include authentication limits and administrative actions. These flows are currently for development and testing, not a confirmed commercial launch.
Information still to be confirmed
The actual data controller, processing grounds, hosting and email providers, any international transfers, retention periods for enquiries, accounts, collections, audit and backups, and the procedure for handling rights requests still need to be documented and reviewed. No legal entity, registration number or retention period has been assumed. Do not use real customer details in the demonstration accounts.
Data retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.
